Our vineyards in nearby Berghausen have vines in perfect alignment. Our main building in St. Nikolai ob Draßling houses the press house, the spacious wine cellar and our new vinotheque. REFINEMENT WITH PASSION

Our wine cellar
We mainly press Welschriesling, Scheurebe, Muskateller, Weißburgunder, Morillon, Traminer and Zweigelt. These are vinified as classic, selection, reserve or barrique. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed at the estate. What nature has begun in the vineyard, cellar master Rudolf Schlögl completes with much passion, tact and forward-looking cellar technology. He shapes the diverse aromas of the individual grape varieties with unique know-how and a great deal of experience into single-varietal wines. During their maturation in stainless steel tanks, wooden barrels and French barriques, the noble drops finally reach their full greatness.
