Koschak - The Winemaker cultivates wine in the vineyards of Königsberg and Weißheimerkogel. On the mineral basic rock soils, we cultivate Welschriesling, Morillon, Rheinriesling, Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Zweigelt, and Blaufränkisch. The grapes are gently processed and left to the winemaking process with minimal intervention.

Our - in the truest sense of the word - "wine economy" is situated in the heart of the nature park "Südsteiermark", surrounded by forests, meadows, and vineyards. The Königsberg is a highly historic place: Once, the Celts inhabited this idyllic location, which is why the Celtic Jug is our house symbol.

The two cuvées Covio and Taranis are named after Celtic deities and, along with our symbol, the Celtic Jug, point to the long and eventful history of our region.
