Primary rock soils and many hours of sunshine
The soil and the vineyard are the basis for the high quality of our wines. 1.4 hectares of the best and steepest sunny sites around our house, plus fully ripe healthy grapes are indispensable for the taste and fruit of our excellent wines.
No mass production, selective grape harvesting by hand and a lot of experience with it we continue its quality maxim also in the cellar, so that the sort-typical flavors formed in the grapes are preserved up to the bottling of the wine. The results are youthful, lively white wines with fine fruit aromas and a fresh acidity, as well as rich sun-warmed red wines and the unmistakable Schilcher.
