The vineyard and agriculture is the great passion of Markus. The trained technician wine autodidact presses not only year after year a real West Styrian Schilcher as it should be, but now also excellent white wines, fully adapted to the cuisine of his Elisabeth. The same applies to the in-house juices, vinegar or other fresh and self-prepared specialties.

Heinihser "M"
Freshly mown meadow, apples, grapefruit and scent of fresh forest floor are greeted on the palate by a fresh but restrained acidity. The flavors are complemented by pear and gooseberry and flow together into a lean, fresh-focused finish.

Heinihser "W"
Crisp, fruit-dripped aromas with a hint of spearmint are received by the cool-appearing acid structure and applied well on the palate. The cool freshness, extended by pineapple and quince, makes for a bright, animating finish.

Heinihser
From raspberry to strawberry to dark red cherries: This berry bouquet is pepped up and vitalized on the palate by the lively acidity. With plenty of drive and drinking flow, everything heads for a beary berry finish.

Schilcher
Resche wild strawberries, a bit of bell bell pepper and red currant complement each other to create a bright, fresh first impression that is further spurred on by the brash acidity on the palate. Berry-fruited, lean and with juicy freshness, the Schilcher finishes playfully and lightly.

Schilcher Frizzante
Noble and herbaceous at the start, intrigued by the fine perlage on the nose, ripe red berries and even some blackberry develop on the palate. The sparkling mousseux keeps the flavors fresh and youthfully light until the sizzling finish.
