Leutschach an der Weinstraße
The southernmost point in Leutschach an der Weinstraße lies directly on the border with Slovenia. From this vantage point, there is a breathtaking view over the hilly wine landscape of southern Styria and the neighboring Slovenian wine-growing regions.
The point is a popular excursion destination for hikers and cyclists, as it is part of the idyllic South Styrian Wine Route. The view is particularly spectacular in the fall, when the vineyards glow in golden hues. Its proximity to the border also gives the village a special symbolic significance as a meeting point for cultures.
