The Non-Profit Private Foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes and is not profit-oriented. The foundation is not a social institution. All proceeds are used for charitable purposes. The private foundation is based in Vienna.

The foundation aims to transform this historic building into a center for art, culture, and education for St. Stefan ob Stainz and the entire Schilcherland region and to operate it as such.
