With the carp as the flagship of the business at the center, chef Wolfgang creates lovingly prepared dishes with seasonal products from the region.
For more than 80 years, the Krenn family has managed its own ponds directly on site. Sustainability, crystal-clear quality and short transportation routes are the cornerstones here. This is exactly what the guests of the Karpfenwirt appreciate and makes the popular freshwater fish a year-round classic for good reason.

A large number of partners from our region supply us with first-class quality ingredients. But our cellar also has a few surprises in store. A well-stocked menu with wines from all over Austria and a large selection of spirits from excellent distillers in the region round off the offer.
