In everything we do, we focus on fairness, regionality and quality. This also applies to the ingredients for the dishes that are conjured up in the kitchen of our restaurant on the South Styrian Wine Route. The fact that we source the majority of the products for our restaurant from the Styrian region makes us proud! As a "Kulinarium Steiermark" business, we are even committed to this!
