The former mining community of Pölfing-Brunn is located at the foot of the Koralpe in the midst of the charming West Styrian landscape. In the basement of the elementary school a mining museum was built, which reminds of the early and very hard times in the coal fields of Pölfing-Brunn. The museum shows the different mining and extraction methods and the various working tools and the narrowness that prevailed during underground mining.

The community of Pölfing-Brunn has numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as the ever-popular horse farm Jagamühle, which offers horseback riding and carriage rides in summer and winter. In summer you can refresh yourself in the so-called Kipferlbad, a spacious natural bathing pond. Next to the Kipferlbad is also the Sulmtal Camping, where spacious pitches in the middle of greenery and stylish apartments invite you to stay.
