Regional, down-to-earth cuisine up to the "Haubenniveau" level compiles what the region has to offer in terms of variety. Depending on the season, starting with the beginning of the year, we offer Around the pig with fish specialities, May to June with the first venison specialities, September to October with Schilchersturm and chestnuts, November to December game specialities.
