At Gut Schwarzl, alongside wines, handmade delicacies are also produced. These are made in the estate's own kitchen and prepared by Katharina. The ingredients used are predominantly from the estate's own garden as well as from regional businesses in South Styria.

From spicy chutneys to fruity spreads and seasonal specialties – each jar tells its own little story of farm life, nature, and regional flavor.

Katharina's delicacies are the perfect complement to wine tastings and regional breakfasts in the cozy guest rooms. Many guests take their favorite products home – as a souvenir or as a special gift.
