Hochzeitslocation: Schloss Seggau

Leibnitz

Do you dream of a romantic wedding in a castle in Styria?

Celebrate your most beautiful day at Seggau Castle – a magical place and therefore the perfect wedding venue! Both the civil and religious ceremonies, as well as the banquet table, can take place directly in the castle.

For the civil ceremony, you can choose between the episcopal prince's rooms and the "Glockenwiese," while for the church ceremony, the baroque castle chapel (a Marian chapel) and the modern Michael chapel are available to you.
For the agape – a heartfelt gesture to your wedding guests – you can invite them to the "Glockenwiese," which offers a stunning panoramic view into the Mur and Sulm valleys, to the inner courtyard of the castle with a rose garden, or to the vaulted rooms in the upper castle. Our castle kitchen provides concrete menu and buffet suggestions for the banquet table, which can be happily adapted according to your wishes.
As a special location for this, we recommend our rooms in the upper castle on the 2nd floor.

Or perhaps a wedding in the woods?

Our wedding location in the woods offers the perfect ambiance to say "I do" in a small circle (max. 20 people): surrounded by nature with Styrian warmth and a view into the forest.
Whether it's a small celebration with family or just the two of you! We are happy to accommodate your personal wishes and assist in the planning to make your wedding unforgettable! Our package already includes the photographer and floral decorations.
