Brigitte Berger's jams are not only homemade in her own jam kitchen, but also "homemade" with a lot of trust in local and, as far as possible, regional food.

But let's ask Brigitte herself what makes her jams taste so good?
"Quite simply: I only choose the best of the best fruit of impeccable quality, harvested when fully ripe and, of course, from our region wherever possible. I can only make the best jam from the best ingredients. This is of course finished with a lot of love and patience. I use 2:1 gelling sugar to make it, i.e. 2 parts fruit to 1 part sugar - depending on the consistency of the fruit, this results in a fruit content of approx. 65 g - 70 g per 100 g jam.
The name "fruit spread" therefore does justice to this basic principle: "Fruit belongs on bread - hence the intense fruit flavor!"
