Hollenegg Castle is open exclusively in May during the design exhibition on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 6 PM.
The exhibition 2026 ELEMENT: METAL runs from May 9 to May 31, 2026.

The first mention of Schloss Hollenegg dates back to 1163. The long history of Schloss Hollenegg is visible in its architecture, as successive owners added to the original medieval construction over the centuries.
Schloss Hollenegg is since 1821 property of the Liechtenstein Familiy.

The path to the slightly elevated castle leads along old and partly exotic plants such as sequoias, plane trees, cedars and trumpet trees. The natural setting with fountain pools, flower beds, hydrangea borders and rose hedges gives Hollenegg Castle its special charm.
