Chef Andrea creates delicious dishes from seasonal, regional foods! Traditional dishes are on the menu as well as international classics. Seasonal specialities such as chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, asparagus, pumpkin, chestnuts, game or theme weeks with steak, polenta or fish from local waters ensure variety on the plate.

For all those with a sweet tooth and those who want to become one, there are homemade pastries every day.

Our selected wines, brandies and fruit juices are exclusively from the region and from local farmers. Of course, the white and red wine classics of southern Styria have a special status with us.
