The time has come: the Buschenschank at the Polz winery is open again.

From Tuesday to Saturday, regional delicacies are served here, sourced from top producers and the best markets – consciously provided by people rather than corporations. The sourdough bread is freshly baked in-house, pickled vegetables are made on-site, and the Buchteln, as once baked by Grandma Polz, are making a grand comeback.
