At the Buschenschank Langmann, culinary traditions are turned upside down with relish. You will find creative delicacies as well as the good and time-tested classics such as Brettljause, Kübelfleisch or sandwiches.
Fish specialities such as trout fillet mousse or cheese specialities such as organic milk cheese from the Deutschmann cheese dairy in Frauental are also served.
For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend homemade Strauben, curd cheese slices, Buchteln or the tasty Schilcherkuchen. Enjoy your meal!
