A private retreat above the vineyards of Southern Styria
Wurzenberg Southern Styria occupies a secluded position at the highest point of the Sernauberg, near Leutschach an der Weinstraße and Gamlitz. Two detached houses, five lodges and three nature park rooms combine far-reaching views, calm and genuine privacy.
Pyjama Breakfast® is included with every stay. A private panoramic sauna for two can be reserved exclusively as an additional experience. Vineyards, walking and cycling trails, traditional wine taverns, wineries and acclaimed restaurants are all close by.
Wurzenberg is not a conventional hotel: there is no restaurant, no continuously staffed reception and no fixed daily programme. Instead, guests enjoy space, personal recommendations and Panoramatherapy® at their own pace.

We greet you with a cheery "good morning" at the Wurzenberg, as you look forward to your delicious South Styrian buffet breakfast. On sunny days, why not have breakfast garden on the larch wood terrace . There you can enjoy exquisite specialties from our region whilst taking in the wonderful view of the winehills and the garden . Or if you prefer to stay inside, the fully glassed breakfast room offers is extremely comfortable.
