Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area, and a spacious, light-filled living room. Generous spaces, stylish interiors and air conditioning throughout the house create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The real highlight awaits outside: two spacious terraces invite you to slow down and enjoy the unique beauty of the South Styrian wine country. Start your morning with breakfast overlooking the vineyards, relax in the sun during the day, or simply unwind in your private hot tub.

Terms & Important Information
To ensure that you can enjoy a relaxing stay at Villa Elisabeth from the moment you arrive, we have summarized the most important information and conditions below.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM to allow us enough time to carefully prepare the villa for our next guests.
If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us in advance. Subject to availability, we will be happy to accommodate individual requests whenever possible.
Occupancy
Villa Elisabeth accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The number of guests stated in the booking may not be exceeded without prior agreement.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights during the low season and 3 nights during the high season.
Different lengths of stay may be possible upon individual agreement. Please contact the host directly to discuss your preferred dates – subject to availability, we will be happy to find a suitable solution.
Payment & Cancellation
The payment and cancellation terms stated on the respective booking platform at the time of booking apply. For direct bookings, the conditions specified in the individual booking confirmation or offer apply.
Non-Smoking Property
Villa Elisabeth is a non-smoking property. We kindly ask guests to smoke only in suitable outdoor areas.
Parties & Events
Villa Elisabeth is a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Parties, larger events and additional unregistered guests are therefore only permitted with the host’s prior approval.
Peace & Neighbourhood
The peaceful setting among the vineyards of Southern Styria is an essential part of the Villa Elisabeth experience. We kindly ask our guests to respect the surroundings and keep noise to an appropriate level, particularly during the evening and nighttime hours.
Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas
The hot tub, terraces, barbecue and fire pit are available for our guests to enjoy. Please use all facilities responsibly and follow any instructions provided at the property. Children may use the hot tub and be near the fire pit only under adult supervision.
Pets
Pets are permitted only in accordance with the conditions stated at the time of booking or by prior agreement with the host.
Damages & Care of the Property
We kindly ask all guests to treat the villa, its furnishings and outdoor areas with care. Should any damage occur during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible.

Villa Elisabeth is located at Ratsch an der Weinstraße 157, 8461 Ehrenhausen an der Weinstraße, in the heart of Southern Styria’s beautiful wine region.
A free private parking area with space for several vehicles is available directly at the property.
Check-in is easy and flexible with self check-in via a key box. If preferred, a personal check-in can also be arranged upon request.
Guests will receive detailed information regarding directions, key collection and the check-in procedure shortly before their arrival.
