Information
Our "Kellerstöckl" is nestled in the beautiful idyll of the South Styrian Wine Country Nature Park and is located in a completely tranquil area. Just recently, the entire house was lovingly renovated and high-quality furnished with great attention to detail - inviting you to linger: in romantic intimacy, or also for a fun weekend with friends!
We are committed to providing our guests with the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. Specifically, in the interior design, we placed great value on high-quality and local choices: all bedrooms feature box spring beds from the Upper Austrian manufacturer SEMBELLA, and the textiles are from LEITNER. The kitchen is also equipped with very high-quality items; for example, glassware has been sourced from RIEDEL. Lastly, our approach is also reflected in the bathrooms: terry cloths have been chosen from VOSSEN, and cosmetic miniatures from RITUALS.
<p>Conditions</p>
Our offered prices are per night, including VAT, excluding the overnight tax.
Bed linen, bathrobes, and towels are, of course, included in the price.
You have the entire house, as well as the panorama sauna and the outdoor area available for private use during your stay.
Parking is available directly in front of the house.
If you bring pets, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
From 7 to 4 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total amount.
From 3 days before arrival, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the total amount.

- Take the A9 Phyrn motorway from Graz towards Slovenia and exit at "Leibnitz"
- Turn right onto Kirchbacher Str. / B73 (signs towards Leibnitz)
- After 1.2 km, go straight at the roundabout towards Sulmtal Str. / B74
- After 8.5 km, turn left onto Reinischbrücken Weg
- After 700 m, turn right onto Weissheimweg
- Follow the road for 2.1 km
- The Pettinger Stöckl will now be on your left side
Airport: Graz-Thalerhof (35.7 km); approximately 34 minutes by car
Train Station: Leibnitz (12.4 km); approximately 17 minutes by car

Check-in is available from 3 PM.
On the day of departure, we ask guests to leave the property by 11:00 AM, as cleaning work begins immediately afterwards.
