Our 70m2 vacation apartment is located about 15 minutes from the capital Graz, in the green heart of Austria of Styria.

We offer not only a great view of the mountains. View of Slovenia, Koralpe, Hebalm and great sunsets ... but also the luxury you can expect from a modern vacation home.

The apartment is equipped with wifi, satellite TV, Netflix, Nespresso machine, quiet sun terrace.

On the first floor there is a closet and wardrobe. The second floor has a spacious hallway, separate bedroom with gorgeous 2 single or double box springbed and a living/dining room with a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

From the living room you can access the south facing terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers to enjoy the sun.

The spacious bathroom also has its own washing machine. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The house has its own entrance and private parking for 3 cars. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Nearby there are vineyards, beautiful bike paths and delicious restaurants and "Buschenschänken".

If you prefer to visit beautiful buildings, history and sights, the capital Graz is the place to be. Come and enjoy the green heart of Austria.

Whatever you want to do, Haus Lannachberg is centrally located.

Arrival

Our address: Lannachbergstrasse 108C, AT-8503 Lannach, Austria.

Coming from Graz you can reach us via the A2 towards Klagenfurt - motorway exit Lieboch.
Continue on the B76 in the direction of Deutschlandsberg.
Then drive through the village of Lannach at the roundabout.
After 1.4 km turn left into the Lannachbergstrasse and
after 2,1 km you will find the "Haus Lannachberg" on the left side.

If you come by plane or train / bus, we will be happy to pick you up (at a charge). Please let us know when booking.

Check-in is from 14:00 - 18:00 and check-out is until 09:00.
