Welcome to Hapfn Tiny Houses. Your retreat in Südsteiermark for coziness, comfort, and enjoyment. You can expect your own house in the green – with a private terrace, hot tub under the open sky, and everything you need to unwind. Here you can breathe, drink wine, gaze at the stars, and simply enjoy the feeling that nothing is urgent. Perfect for couples, friends, or families who love nature and do not want to compromise on comfort.
Each Hapfn Tiny House offers 28m² of thoughtfully designed coziness: a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping gallery with a futon, a bright living area with a sofa, dining table, and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a high-quality bathroom with a spacious shower.
The large windows bring nature into the house, and on the terrace awaits your private hot tub – freshly filled upon your arrival, naturally filtered, preheated, and usable all year round – perfect for a glass of Styrian wine in the evening.
Our houses are built from solid wood, furnished to a high standard, and habitable year-round – thanks to underfloor heating and air conditioning for pleasant temperatures in every season.
Wi-Fi is included – as well as fresh towels, bedding, bathrobes, and skincare and haircare products.
For those who want to actively explore our region, we have cycling and hiking trails right outside our doorstep.

Contact & Directions
Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 3:00 pm. Check-out on the day of departure is no later than 10:00 am. Check-in is fully contactless.
Before your arrival and after completing the online check-in, you will receive the code for the key safe. This allows you to arrive flexibly and conveniently at any time.
Arrival by car: From Graz, you can reach us in around one hour via the B76 towards Eibiswald. Once in Eibiswald, it is best to follow your navigation app to Aichberg 144. The road leads directly to the parking area for our Hapfn.
Each Hapfn Tiny House has its own dedicated parking space directly on the property.
The parking spaces are only a few meters from the houses. A short, illuminated footpath, approximately 80 meters, leads up the hill to the Hapfn Tiny Houses. A transport cart is available for your luggage.
Arrival by public transport: From Graz, take the train or bus to Wies-Eibiswald station. Depending on the time of day, the journey takes between 1 hour 9 minutes and 1 hour 20 minutes. From there, you can reach the Hapfn, address Aichberg 144, within a few minutes by taxi.
