Our guesthouse is located in the Naturpark Südsteirisches Weinland and is 4 km outside the wine city Leibnitz, on a south oriented hill. Surrounded from vineyards and orchads, you find here a very special kind of idyll scene. Nearby you find numerous bathing facilities that can be reached by foot, like the Erlebnisbad Leibnitz, the Sulmsee, Schotterteiche and the Sulmbad Steinernen Wehr. A lot of hiking, running and biking trails are as well available as paths for a a relaxing walk.
