In a beautiful high-altitude location with wonderful distant views away from the main road, about 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Bad Gams, 4 cosy comfort rooms with shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV and balcony await you. In the morning we serve you a rich breakfast with homemade products. Opposite is our Buschenschank, where you can enjoy our homemade wines and house specialities in the garden in fine weather. While doing so, let your gaze wander into the distance. But also in bad weather, our cosy wine tavern invites you to linger. Free W-Lan and e-bike rental for a fee.

Cancellation fees
According to the AGBH2006, you can cancel a booking free of charge up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date.
For cancellations up to one month before the arrival date, 40%,
up to one week before the arrival date 70%
and in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the booking price will be charged as cancellation costs.

5 - 8 years: 50% discount
9 - 12 years: 30% discount
