The following minimum booking periods apply to your stay:
HS - High season - 7 nights MS - Mid season - 3 nights. NS - Low season - 2 nights WS - Christmas New Year's Eve - 7 nights
If the houses are available 14 days before arrival, shorter stays will be given.
Arrival and departure:
In high season: Friday or Saturday
We reserve the right to change the given minimum booking times and arrival and departure days individually.

If you bring pets, an additional cleaning fee of 40 € will be charged under the house rules for pet owners.

Arrival:
Your way to Thombauer Holiday house "THomizil Eichberg"
Coming from Graz on the A9, exit at Leibnitz exit. Then turn right onto the B74 Sulmtal road and drive straight ahead (3 roundabouts) until you reach Heimschuh. Directly in Heimschuh, turn left at the Shell petrol station and continue through Großklein. From there drive to Gündorf and turn left into the village. At the end of Gündorf turn left and then you reach us if you drive one kilometer upwards on the right side.
