For your stay, the following minimum booking periods apply:
HS - high season - 7 nights MS - mid-season - 3 nights NS - low season - 2 nights. WS - Christmas New Year - 7 nights
If the houses are available 14 days before arrival, shorter overnight stays will also be granted.
Arrival and departure:
In the high season: Friday or Saturday
We reserve the right to change the specified minimum booking periods as well as arrival and departure days individually.

Parking is available to guests at each cottage.
If you bring pets, an additional cleaning fee of 40 € will be charged under the house rules for pet owners.

Your way to Thombauer Holiday house "Thombauer Hube"
Coming from Graz on the A9, exit at Leibnitz exit. Then turn right onto the B74 Sulmtal road and drive straight ahead (3 roundabouts) until you reach Heimschuh. Directly in Heimschuh, turn left at the Shell petrol station and continue through Großklein. From there drive to Gündorf and turn left into the village. At the end of Gündorf turn left and then you reach us if you drive one kilometer upwards on the right side.
