The holiday home Burgstall is recognizable from afar by its golden-yellow facade with the historical sundial. The former cellar cottage from the 1870s has been in family ownership since 1964 and was fully renovated in 2025 with great attention to detail. Today, historical architecture and modern living comfort combine to create a special atmosphere.
Nestled in the vineyards of southern Styria, you can enjoy tranquility, nature, and an impressive panoramic view extending to the Slovenian Alps.
In the attic, a spacious bedroom awaits you with a double bed and two additional sleeping options. The exposed historical wooden beams give the room a special atmosphere. High-quality mattresses, a large built-in wardrobe, and a desk provide additional comfort.
The holiday home includes two spacious terraces with seating areas. The terrace in front of the cellar is covered with photovoltaic panels, while the second one is located right next to the main entrance. Under old beeches, a large stone table invites you to linger in the shade. For cozy barbecue evenings, a DIY fireplace grill is ready for use.
Three private parking spaces are available just a few steps from the house for your vehicle.
Directly behind the holiday home begins the Celts' Path, a picturesque circular hiking trail to Burgstallkogel and the reconstructed Celtic farmstead. The region is among the most significant archaeological sites in Austria, inviting exciting discoveries as well as hikes and bike tours through the wine landscape of southern Styria.
