Our lovely, newly renovated, quietly situated vacation home from the 18th century is located in St. Pongratzen near Eibiswald at an altitude of about 620 m above sea level.
From there you have a wonderful view of the Koralpe, Weinebene, Schöckl, Graz, Leibnitz and Kitzeck. In summer you can make wonderful hikes from here to the Radlpass and the Remschniggalm. In winter you can go tobogganing directly from the house. The nearest ski area is the Weinebene and can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
Our vacation home has a total size of about 100m². There is one bedroom, which has a double bed and two extra beds. In the kitchen-living room there is a pull-out couch (living corner), which offers the possibility for 2 additional persons. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and an additional stove, which can be heated with wood. Furthermore, there is a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator in the kitchen and dishes are provided. Furthermore, in the kitchen-living room is a TV and a radio. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet as well as hairdryer. Wood for heating is available for guests. (Winter with extra charge)
We are happy to offer our guests a breakfast basket on request for an extra charge. We ask for telephone reservation in advance!

From 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price.
From 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 65% of the total price.
From 3 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the total amount.
For a stay of 7 nights, you will receive a 5% discount.
