Where the Saggau flows into the Sulm and the Saggautal joins the Sulmtal, Wippelsach lies in the wide, open valley. From here you have a great panoramic view: To the east you can see the Mattelsberg, Großklein with its beautiful church and Hallstatt museum, to the south you can see St. Johann and in the distance the Remschniggalm, Goldes with the Celtic graves, in the west one sees in the distance the windmills on the Koralm, in the north one sees the Theresienkappelle, one sees the Demmerkogel, to Kitzeck (behind it lies Graz) with its beautiful church and the many vineyards and the wine museum, one sees wonderfully on the Einöd with the old Roman road and the Königsberg with the Celtic fortified tower. A wonderful panoramic view, the lovely hill ranges shine in various shades of green, interrupted by the colorful houses with red roofs. The bike path passes close to the house, and from here you can also join the various hiking trails. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the Sausaler Weinstraße in Kitzeck (5km) or the Südsteirische Weinstraße in Großklein. In 500m distance you can harvest flowers and vegetables yourself on a flower and vegetable field and throw money into the cash register. In Großklein (2km) you will find a Nah&Frisch department store, a butcher, inns, bakery, coffee shops, doctors, bank, flower store, Saturday morning is market day.
Beautiful, sunny and lovingly renovated cottage with all-around fenced garden at the beginning of a residential street.Carport with electric roll-up door and spacious garden shed have room for car and bikes. Next to the carport is a parking space for a car. The garden invites you to laze around, or light the grill and move the kitchen outside. In spring, the star magnolia, daffodils, tulips, crocuses, ornamental garlic and peonies bloom in full abundance. The roses and hydrangeas bloom until late autumn. The leaves of wild vine turn a bright wine red in autumn.
I have renovated and furnished this house with a lot of love, effort and manpower.

<p>Conditions</p>
You arrive here after a long drive and find in the refrigerator a variety of drinks such as: Wine from Kitzeck, Frizzante, water, beer, cola, orange juice, Aperol etc. I also have sweets, snacks, long-life milk, Nespresso capsules, staple foods in stock. (Drinks and food against payment). Sugar, spices are available.
If you do not want to make breakfast yourself, you are welcome to have breakfast in Kitzeck at the restaurant Wohlmuth-Lückl, please arrange with me. Price/person: € 15,00
You do not have to travel with your own vehicle, the Weinmobil will take you from one tourist establishment to another for a small fee. Further details on www.weinmobil.at
