If you choose one of the most beautiful areas in the South Styrian wine country, you should be able to see it as soon as you get up. This is exactly why we have equipped all of our 20 lovingly furnished hotel rooms with a balcony.
Should you book a family room, a spacious apartment with two double rooms awaits you. As a special treat, we also offer a red wine room and a white wine room, which have been thematically decorated and furnished to bring the wine region into your room. In addition, we have two barrier-free, handicapped accessible rooms.
We are a non-smoking house - characterized by an extraordinary feel-good ambience and a family atmosphere. An in-house outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn and a sauna as well as a children's playground on our own farm are available to our guests.
We also welcome buses and larger travel groups.

Cancellation rates:
For bookings up to ten people: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
For group bookings of eleven or more people: free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply:
- up to nine days before arrival: 50%
- up to four days before arrival: 65
- from three days before arrival: 100%.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be assessed less any services not provided (e.g. breakfast).
Further information:
For groups of 20 or more, 50% deposit will be charged.
Room reservations can only be accepted in writing.
Payment:
Cash payment or payment with ATM card possible.
The deposit is made in cash or as a bank transfer.
Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.

Check-In / Check-Out:
On the day of your arrival your room will be available from 02:00 pm. For arrival after 06:00 pm, we ask for advance notice by telephone!
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.
