The exclusive country house 64 is located in Oberlupitscheni (municipality of Leibnitz) in southern Styria, surrounded by wine, orchards, meadows and forests in a quiet, elevated location.
The entire area extends over 25,000 m2 and allows guests almost unlimited freedom of movement.
On the upper floor you are welcomed by a spacious entrance area with a cloakroom and toilet. Followed by a high-quality equipped kitchen with dining area and a large living room with balcony and terrace.
On the floor below is the sleeping and wellness area with a free-standing bathtub, shower and toilet. In addition, a second bedroom (sofa bed) can be set up here in the work room for up to two people.
Landhaus 64 is the ideal starting point for cultural and culinary excursions to the wine region, bicycle tours, hiking and much more. m. In just a few minutes' drive you can reach the South Styrian Wine Route (Gamlitz) and the Sausal Wine Route (Kitzeck). The town of Leibnitz is 6 km away.
