To ensure that your stay runs smoothly and pleasantly, please observe the following booking terms:
The booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing and the agreed deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival according to the payment details stated in the booking confirmation.
Check-in is possible from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10am on the day of departure. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
The number of guests stated in the booking confirmation is binding. Additional guests may only stay in the accommodation with prior approval.
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation conditions stated in the booking confirmation apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Guests are kindly asked to treat the accommodation, furnishings, and surroundings with care. Any damage must be reported immediately. The accommodation must be left in a tidy condition upon departure.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

Your arrival and check-in are simple and completely contactless via a code system.
Before your arrival, you will receive all important information about the accommodation, including the exact address, arrival instructions, and your personal access code. With this code, you can enter the accommodation independently without the need for an on-site key handover.
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 3pm. From this time onwards, your access code will be active and you can access the accommodation on your own.
Please keep your access code safe and do not share it with anyone outside your booking group. The code is valid for the duration of your stay and will automatically expire after check-out.
