We would like to welcome you to our house!

We, the family Tscheppe, manage the "Smerslineghof", which is located at about 800m above sea level, for several years as an organic farm and produce on the modernized farm mainly milk and chicken eggs.

Leave your everyday worries at home, so you can enjoy the fresh, healthy air, the intact nature and the cordiality of the Styrian people. the cordiality of the Styrians. We strive to make your stay here with us on the South Styrian Wine Road an unforgettable experience. The "senior farmer" Karla Tscheppe and her daughter-in-law Evi will take special care of your well-being. The farmer Richard Tscheppe is mainly responsible for the management of the organic farm. We are also happy to offer you BIO products to take home: Homemade jams, fruit juices, kernel oil, nibbles, fruit and much more. Depending on the season we can offer different products. If you are interested, just ask.

Conditions

Cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price will be charged.
