Full-Bodied "The Underground Kitchen" brings fresh ideas to the Haindl Mill in Kalsdorf near Graz on July 29 and 30, 2026. Where flour has been milled and Styrian pumpkin seed oil pressed since 1925, a tranquil place of enjoyment with plenty of craftsmanship, a scent of grain, and a view of the nearby Mur will be created for two evenings.

The art mill Haindl fits well into this format. Old milling tradition meets a kitchen that loves to experiment but remains down-to-earth. The Underground Kitchen stands for creative dishes, fine delicacies, and a dining experience that feels unpretentious. Amidst millstones, oil, and flour, the evening takes on its own character: close to Styria, close to good products, close to people who enjoy eating together.
