Talcstone quarrying at Rabenwald

Austria's largest deposit of talcum stone is located between Anger in ApfelLand-Stubenbergsee and the edge of the Pöllauer Tal nature park. The soft talc stone is so popular with small and large artists because it can be processed with the simplest of tools.
Courses for the three-dimensional design of the soft stone are therefore held again and again directly at the talc stone quarry in Rabenwald. Experience the quarrying of the talc stone during an exciting guided tour through an otherwise hidden world.
