The Gesäuse Tourism Association reserves the right not to accept orders, e.g. for sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourism Association cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods by credit card or bank transfer in advance, you will receive a refund within approximately 15 working days, for which we will need your account details.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please fill out the enclosed return slip so we know why you didn't like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.

The return of the purchased items can also be done directly at the information office at Main Street 36, 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or transfer, a refund to your bank account will occur within approximately 15 working days. There will be no cash payout on site.
