About the offer
Price information
The shipping fee of € 5.50 will be automatically added at the time of booking. The selection of size and color will take place in a later step of the purchase.
The Gesäuse Tourism Association reserves the right to refuse orders, for example, in the case of sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourism Association cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. If you have already paid for the sold-out item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund within approximately 15 business days.
Cancellation information
Returns
If you are not satisfied with or it does not fit your ordered product, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so we know why you were not satisfied with the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.

The return of purchased items can also be done directly at the information office at Hauptstraße 36, 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund will be processed within approximately 15 business days. No cash refunds will be issued on-site.
