Cycling & Mountain Biking

Whether you’re looking to head for the heights or would rather take a leisurely ride along a river, the Gesäuse has plenty to offer cyclists to set their hearts racing. On the TRANS NATIONALPARK route, you can cycle straight through two national parks and federal states; on the Buchsteinrunde, you can marvel at the magnificent mountain scenery in the Gesäuse; or you can follow the course of the river at a leisurely pace along the Ennsradweg. For those who’d also like to treat themselves to some culinary delights, we recommend the Johnsbacher Almenrunde or a detour to the Grabneralm or Ardning Alm Hütte.
