The Tourism Association Gesäuse reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g., for sold-out items. If the Tourism Association Gesäuse cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail. If you have already paid for the sold-out item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 working days.

If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.
