If the Gesäuse Tourism Association is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.

Returns
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please fill out the enclosed returns slip so we know why the item did not meet your satisfaction. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.

The return of purchased items can also be made directly at the information office located at Main Street 36 in 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund to your credit card will occur within approximately 15 working days. There is no cash payout on site.
