Ramen Makotoya in Sporgasse brings Japanese noodle soup culture to Graz. The brand originally comes from Osaka and stands for strong broths, fresh noodles, and homemade toppings. Various ramen variants are served – from classic Tonkotsu and Shoyu ramen to vegetarian Yasai ramen with vegetable broth.
