Since 2011, Kornati in Graz's Franckstraße has been dedicated to the diversity of Croatian cuisine – with a special focus on fish, seafood, and the wine regions along the Adriatic. In the small blue house by the roadside, Mediterranean joie de vivre is palpable. The menu modernly interprets Croatian classics while staying close to their roots. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also part of the concept, carefully crafted and not just side dishes.

The wine list forms the second centerpiece of the establishment: Each wine is consciously chosen to complement the dishes without overpowering them. From fresh Malvazija to strong Plavac Mali, complemented by Orange Wines and biodynamic rarities, it showcases the breadth and quality of Croatian winemaking artistry.
