Since 1909, the family-run inn has welcomed its guests in the idyllic mountain village of Graden, surrounded by the gentle rolling hills of the Lipizzaner homeland. Now in its fourth generation, the tradition of Styrian inn culture is practiced here with modern accents, awarded the Kulinarium Styria quality seal and as part of the Styrian Inn group.

The cuisine combines down-to-earthness with a fine sensitivity for the new. Seasonal ingredients, honest craftsmanship, and a lovingly curated selection such as the creative “Platzwirt Glücksmenü” shape the culinary style. Great importance is placed on the origin of the ingredients – cooking is done with what the garden, cold storage, and nature provide at the moment.
