It is a highlight in the annual calendar of the Lipizzaner Stud Piber, a feast for the eyes and an experience for the whole family.

Tradition, customs, music and culinary delights take centre stage. But the absolute stars are, of course, the Lipizzaner horses. The young stallions have spent the summer on the Stubalm, where they have strengthened their sure-footedness, stamina and health at an altitude of 1,600 metres.

After visiting the Maria Lankowitz pilgrimage church, we experience the arrival and blessing of the horses in the castle park before continuing towards Köflach town centre. At the end, we raise a toast to the Lipizzaner horses.
