St. Anna am Lavantegg is a former municipality with 388 inhabitants in the district of Murtal in Styria. The village lies at 1,291 metres above sea level. Obdach can be reached in 8 minutes approx. 6 km, where there are shopping facilities such as SPAR, Billa, Landforst, Trafik, gift shop, flower shop etc..
There are also nice restaurants, e.g. Gasthof Grillitsch, Groggerhof, Zeiringer, but also a bistro, which also brings pizza to St. Anna, in Obdach. But the most important thing is the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, which is only 30 minutes away.
In St. Anna there are beautiful hiking trails in both summer and winter. The adventure trail starts right in front of the house. This is also accessible in winter...
St. Anna in winter: beautiful cross-country ski runs, skiing in Obdach and on the Rieseralm. Nearby is the Waldheimhütte, which is ideal for hikes in the Seetal Alps.
