For four evenings in October, the Styrian-Japanese pop-up will take place in the Orangerie of G'schlössl Murtal.
Outside, the autumnal castle park; inside, Izakaya culinary designed by chef Oliver Drtina and his team.
Styrian ingredients, interpreted in a Japanese way. A menu specially curated for this pop-up, reduced in style, precise in craftsmanship, and surprising in taste.
