The Lanz family operates the direct marketing of Pirkner Beef in Fohnsdorf where they breed and market Wagyu cattle.
As breeders, they focus on raising Wagyu cattle, a Japanese breed known for its tender, marbled meat. Their extensive range includes various types of steaks such as Tomahawk, Rib-Eye, and Flat Iron steaks. In addition, they offer traditional Austrian specialties such as Leberkaese, Leberknoedel, Jausen-Wurst, Hartwuerstel, Rinderschinken, Murtal Krainer, and Kaesekrainer.
The Lanz family also offers gift boxes that contain vouchers to give a special gift for occasions like birthdays or Christmas. You can purchase the Wagyu range products at the Eierhuette in Judenburg as well as by pre-order.
