Bakery
In the "Bäckerei Gruber" the farmer's bread is still made by hand, without any chemical additives.The sourdough is refreshed twice a day with flour and water, and during the night skilled bakers turn it into farmhouse bread. 15 skilled workers work every night to produce farmer's bread, organic crusty bread, various whole-grain breads, rolls, Kornspitz, pizza, bacon and cheese crackers, Danish pastries and other delicacies. The ingredients such as flour, eggs, dairy products and fruit are partly sourced from regional farmers.
Pastry shop
Seasonal and regional ingredients are also used in the pastry shop. Two confectioners, two apprentices and master baker and confectioner Roland Gruber provide sweet temptations and the and the right cake according to your wishes.
