Hoadholz - circular hiking trail, Waisenegg

Open
An easily walkable circular forest trail without any major inclines.
The starting point is in the centre of Waisenegg, running parallel with the Bärnhofweg to the Kern-Hütterl.

Along this path, blackberries invite you to nibble in the summertime.

At the Kern-Hütterl, you can listen to the babbling brook and let your soul dangle or be transported back to childhood by the fairytale figures.

Car park at the municipal office (village centre).

We start at the pavilion at the car park in front of the kindergarten, past the primary school, the Stuhlhofer farm and so leave the village downhill on the asphalt road until we meet the gravel road on the left. On a slight incline, we walk along the gravel road in the forest until we reach the Kern-Hütterl. Immediately before the Hütterl, a path points left uphill through the forest onto a farm track. Passing meadows on the left, we return to the forest and descend past a wooden house onto an asphalt road. Before we reach the settlement, we leave the road and walk left across fields into the forest. Enjoy the magnificent view over Waisenegg to Birkfeld and Strallegg before tackling the last stretch across meadows.
