If you want to get in contact with us with the help of the form on our homepage or per E-Mail, we save your designated data to handle your requests and in case of further questions. We do not pass on your data without your agreement.

Data storing

We indicate that within the bound of cookies the IP-Data of the connection owner, as well as the name, the address and the credit card number of the buyer is saved to ease the way of buying and for the further processing of the contract of the web shop operator.

We need your designated data to fulfill the contract or to carry out the preliminary contract. Without this data it is not possible to sign a contract with you. There is no delivery of data to third persons, except the delivery of your credit card data to the bank institution, who debits the purchase price, to the mail-order company and the forwarding agent for the delivery of the products as well as to our tax consultant, who is in charge to fulfill tax law duties.

After ceasing the purchase, the saved data is removed. In case of a contract conclusion the data is saved for 7 years from the beginning of the contract until the end of the safekeeping period, which is related to tax law.

The data name, the address, the purchased products and the day of the purchase is also saved until the end of the product liability (10 years). The use of the data takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96(3) TGK as well on the basis of the article 6(1) lit a (agreement) and/or lit b (important for the fulfilling of the contract) of the GDPR.

The use of Retargeting-Functions

The placement of advertisement, which uses your interests with the help of “retargeting”

This website uses the so- called “retargeting- tags”. A “retargeting-tag” is a Java-Script- element, which is placed in the source code of the website. If a user visits a site of this website, which contains a “retargeting-tag”, an online advertising company (e.g. Google) places a cookie on the computer of the user and allocates it to certain target group lists. This cookie is then needed to use it for advertisements which work with the interests of the users (retargeting- campaigns). Studies have shown that the insert of this advertisement is more interesting for users than an advertisement, which has nothing to do with the interests of certain users or with the websites a user has visited before.

The use of the Facebook remarketing

This website uses the function of remarketing “Custom Audiences” of the Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This function helps, to present Facebook-ads (advertisement which shows your interests) to the visitors of this websites when they are visiting the social network Facebook.
